Cue Bruno Mars

I wanna be a billionaire so f*ckin’ bad.

Oracle CEO, multibillionaire, and fifth richest man in the world has been unhappy with the view from his San Francisco home. For several years and attempted buyouts, Ellison has been battling with his neighbors regarding their towering redwood trees. The monstrosities have been hindering Ellison’s panoramic view of the surrounding scenery. Since the neighbors have no obligation to cut the trees down Ellison waved the white flag.

He has settled on buying the $40 million, 22 bedroom house just a few doors down from his current home so he can enjoy the view pictured above.

Who said money can’t buy happiness?
